Today, I have been water fasting and in a healing portal, clearing really old deep ancestral bondage from my bloodline. It started around 3am and has been a lot but I know I’m getting these out at the root.
I went for a walk to connect with God and pray as part of my practice — I was seeing a lot and receiving healing but also processing a lot of dense miasma because of these things so I was in a sensitive place.

Resistance to Spiritual Fasting
Fasting is not a form of punishment. It is an opportunity to receive clarity and immerse yourself more deeply into your intimacy with God and what is within you. Fasting allows an open pathway to God as you are not distracted by food and feeding the body first. The priority is God relationship.
This doesn’t mean that you neglect your body or its needs.
