Final Glow Up Codes

Since the pre-glow up party series, the integration for me has been rich, deep and expansive as God has opened up new opportunities for me to rise into my glow up era. It is amazing what can happen when you are open, detached and willing to say yes to your next level through faith and trust.

As I prepare to officially open The Sophianic Glow Up this week, there were some final codes I wanted to share with you:

Reclaiming your joy and pleasure is the antidote to the anti-life forces on this planet.

You, in your joy and pleasure, alchemizes the darkness. Do not join the darkness -- you are the light and your light is needed in this world. Hence, the glow up.

Glowing up is a daily choice.

Your thoughts, beliefs, actions, behaviors and habits are either in alignment with your glow up identity or they aren't. Ask yourself, is this bringing me closer to my highest, most joyful, in my power, healthy, wealthy badass self? If not, reevaluate.

There are seasons of creation and seasons of rest.

Trusting the season you are in and not making it wrong or bad is important -- the feminine is fluid. She ebbs and flows and in her glow up, you must be able to recognize your needs and give them to yourself unapologetically. Gotta sleep for 12 hours? Do it. Feel called to run a 5k and write 3 chapters of your book? Do it. Gotta rest again? Do it. Trust in the inspired action...and trust in the Rest.  Above all else, follow your own rhythm of your feminine flow in co-creation with God.

Choosing to love yourself unconditionally & consistently through the glow up is not only important, it’s necessary.

There will be parts of yourself that aren't where you _want_ to be at yet. Meeting these aspects of yourself with unconditional love brings deeper healing & cellular rejuvenation into your body as you choose this every day.

You are on a journey.

A Glow Up doesn't happen overnight  -- although lately, I have seen significant shifts and miracles occur overnight so big shifts are possible when in alignment. Let yourself BE on the journey, trusting the process. Let your body, heart, soul, mind, spirit and womb be on the journey.

Remember who you are and that you have a great destiny and you are here to fulfill it.

Bring yourself back into this knowing and remember that your ascension process is already underway...and that you are just remembering who you are as the spells of amnesia disintegrate.
